Gilbert Moving & Storage promise to you is that you will receive a quality experience from start to finish, we will communicate with you throughout your move. Your professional Moving Consultants will get a full inventory of all your belongings while booking your move and will give you a confirmation call days before your move date to make sure we didn’t miss anything.
On the day of your move, your fully uniformed professional movers will show up on time; your lead driver will give you a call or text message letting you know that we on our way. Upon arrival, the crew will introduce themselves and perform a walkthrough before your move begins to make sure you the customer and the crew are on the same page, the crew will then get to work! We will pad wrap all of your furniture and carefully package all of your fragile items with proper packaging materials, we will then load your belongings room by room in an organized fashion into the truck so that when we unload, everything comes out one room at a time.
After all of the contents have been unloaded, the crew will clean up and perform a final walkthrough to make sure you are 100% satisfied and that everything is off the truck and that there are no damages to your precious furniture or to your precious new home.
