To start the free estimation: where we got a very knowledgable and friendly representative come to the house and chat through the process and expectations. He answered all of my questions and told us all of the amazing services they can offer, but also that we didn't have to use any we didn't want. Tips to save time and money and understanding for how stressful and expensive it is to move. We got a totally fair estimate and chose to go with them. The company stays in contact with you so you know you're fully scheduled, no worries about being forgotten. Then on moving day we had a lead that was so kind and friendly and a group of movers with a lot of get up and go, and so polite. They worked so hard in such high heat to pack up quickly and carefully. They made sure our furniture was in the right position for us before they left it, and made sure to unwrap everything they had wrapped. I would recommend to anyone!Posted on Google

Both men that came to unload were personable and friendly and just kept working full steam during the whole time. We were vere pleased, and the process to hire them went really smooth. This is the second time we’ve used Gilbert Moving & Storage, and just like our first move, they were absolutely fantastic. Hiring them is one of the best decisions we’ve made during both of our moves. Their pricing is very reasonable, and the service they provide is worth every penny. A huge, thank you to Joseph, Allen, and Waylon! They were incredibly friendly, professional, efficient, and treated every single one of our belongings with so much care. They went above and beyond by taking our TV off its wall mount and carefully packing it into its box, disassembling our bed and rebuilding it at our new house, and wrapping our large full length mirror so it made the trip safely without a scratch. Moving is usually one of the most stressful experiences, but this team made the entire process so easy. They worked hard from start to finish, were respectful of both homes, and handled everything as if it were their own. I genuinely can’t recommend Gilbert Moving & Storage enough. We’ve now trusted them with two moves, and they’ve exceeded our expectations both times. If you’re looking for movers who are friendly careful, efficient, and fairly priced look no further. We won’t use anyone else!

Jamie and his team were amazing. They spent all day moving us from one house to another, including a stop at a storage unit. Nothing was damaged and they were reasonably priced. On top of that, they did it in on a rainy day and covered our carpet in the new house to ensure it did not get dirty. We couldn't be happier with the outcome! Adrianna W.Eric, Paul and Charles were PHENOMENAL from the beginning of the move to the end! They were on time, extremely polite and very professional. Likewise, they worked diligently the entire time, and were very attentive to our requests. Not only did these gentlemen placed place padding over our furniture but they also put up door jamb covers, floor runners, and door protectors. I was beyond impressed!! Most importantly they moved everything into our new 3 bedroom home without a single issue, and I mean NOTHING was damaged, not even nicked! In fact, Paul was so kind to use a tool they had to actually fix our son's bed!! John P.GMS was absolutely fantastic through our entire move process. The bid process was easy and the price quoted by GMS was better than the rest. THat and the many positive reviews already in place made the decision an easy one. Jacob, our liaison through the process, was very informative, friendly, and was very willing to assist when issues arose; we were forced to do a last-minute reschedule but he and the staff at GMS worked with me to make it happen. He also checked in through the entire move which was very positive. The "J-Crew" of Jamie James, and John that performed the packing/moving were outstanding. They worked incredibly hard yet retained a very pleasant demeanor throughout, making this stressful experience much better. We had no damage or lost item issues whatsoever. They were above and beyond professional. I can't say enough positive things about Gilbert Moving and Storage.
