We had an outstanding experience with Gilbert Moving! Jamie, Allen, and Steven were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They handled every aspect of our move with professionalism, care, and efficiency. They treated our furniture, TVs, and belongings as if they were their own, making sure everything was carefully wrapped, moved, and placed exactly where we wanted it. The team was friendly, hardworking, and attentive to details throughout the entire process. Moving can be stressful, but Jamie, Allen, and Steven made it smooth and worry-free. Their positive attitudes and dedication to excellent service really stood out. We couldn’t be happier with the job they did and would highly recommend Gilbert Moving to anyone looking for reliable, trustworthy movers. Our time estimate was a ways off but Sandra made it a little more palatable by taking 5% off and waiving a credit card fee. This was the best experience I've ever had with a moving company. They went right to work, no messing around. I had a full 26ft truck, and it was loaded and unloaded in under 4 hrs. Would definitely recommend them. I will say that I wrapped all the furniture myself, so all they had to do was the hard part, but that saved me time and money. We we downsizing and had staged our home by putting about a half a truck in storage and for the move this crew fully packed up our house on one day then the next moved the load from storage to our new home then drove two trucks to or new home, packed the trucks, delivered and place the furniture and unloaded the wardrobe boxes. Things were expertly packed and placed in our new home. A special thanks to Jacob who helped arrange the process before we put our old home on the market. Highly recommend Gilbert moving and storage
EXCELLENTVerified Jamie and his team were amazing. They spent all day moving us from one house to another, including a stop at a storage unit. Nothing was damaged and they were reasonably priced. On top of that, they did it in on a rainy day and covered our carpet in the new house to ensure it did not get dirty. We couldn't be happier with the outcome! They performed our move with extreme professionalism. I had some very heavy storage racks I assembled in our storage unit and I assumed I would need to disassemble and reassemble them but these guys moved three of them intact -- it was a great work and time saver for me and very much appreciated. Not only did these gentlemen placed place padding over our furniture but they also put up door jamb covers, floor runners, and door protectors. I was beyond impressed!! Most importantly they moved everything into our new 3 bedroom home without a single issue, and I mean NOTHING was damaged, not even nicked! In fact, Paul was so kind to use a tool they had to actually fix our son's bed!! The bid process was easy and the price quoted by GMS was better than the rest. THat and the many positive reviews already in place made the decision an easy one. Jacob, our liaison through the process, was very informative, friendly, and was very willing to assist when issues arose; we were forced to do a last-minute reschedule but he and the staff at GMS worked with me to make it happen. He also checked in through the entire move which was very positive. The "J-Crew" of Jamie James, and John that performed the packing/moving were outstanding. They worked incredibly hard yet retained a very pleasant demeanor throughout, making this stressful experience much better. We had no damage or lost item issues whatsoever. They were above and beyond professional. I can't say enough positive things about Gilbert Moving and Storage.
