This is the second time we’ve used Gilbert Moving & Storage, and just like our first move, they were absolutely fantastic. Hiring them is one of the best decisions we’ve made during both of our moves. Their pricing is very reasonable, and the service they provide is worth every penny. A huge, thank you to Joseph, Allen, and Waylon! They were incredibly friendly, professional, efficient, and treated every single one of our belongings with so much care. They went above and beyond by taking our TV off its wall mount and carefully packing it into its box, disassembling our bed and rebuilding it at our new house, and wrapping our large full length mirror so it made the trip safely without a scratch. Moving is usually one of the most stressful experiences, but this team made the entire process so easy. They worked hard from start to finish, were respectful of both homes, and handled everything as if it were their own. I genuinely can’t recommend Gilbert Moving & Storage enough. They took great care while packing, asked clarification questions and we had nothing break because of their professionalism. You can tell the team likes working together, cracking jokes about who can pack kitchen spices faster! You can tell that as a family run business they treat you like family too and make sure you are completely happy, even rearranging rugs and furniture once we saw the initial placement wasn’t quite right!
