Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We just moved to AZ from out of state and needed pods unloaded. A team of 3 arrived promptly and jumped into action! Carefully padding our door threshold, adding a dolly ramp, and even a red carpet to protect our flooring. We were very impressed with the efficiency, kindness, and quick-pace of the crew. The customer support team was very helpful as well! Looking forward to using in our next move and will recommend to all of our AZ family and friends!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Fantastic job by the moving crew! The two-person team arrived ready to work, synced up quickly despite being a new pair, and kept a steady pace from start to finish. Everything was delivered safely and right on time. Great service all around!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Every step with Gilbert Moving & Storage was not only confident, but also pleasant!

To start the free estimation: where we got a very knowledgable and friendly representative come to the house and chat through the process and expectations. He answered all of my questions and told us all of the amazing services they can offer, but also that we didn't have to use any we didn't want. Tips to save time and money and understanding for how stressful and expensive it is to move. We got a totally fair estimate and chose to go with them.

The company stays in contact with you so you know you're fully scheduled, no worries about being forgotten.

Then on moving day we had a lead that was so kind and friendly and a group of movers with a lot of get up and go, and so polite. They worked so hard in such high heat to pack up quickly and carefully. They made sure our furniture was in the right position for us before they left it, and made sure to unwrap everything they had wrapped. I would recommend to anyone!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We used Gilbert Moving & Storage to help us unload a uhaul truck into a storage facility in Gilbert area during a move form California. They did a GREAT job. Both men that came to unload were personable and friendly and just kept working full steam during the whole time. We were vere pleased, and the process to hire them went really smooth. We would highly reccomend them.

Did a couple of extras and didn't charge me. They also had the best price with no extras, highly recommended them.

Trust and Professionalism. Always.

There will always be numerous companies that can help you move? So what makes Gilbert Moving & Storage different?

faq’s

What do you need from me to confirm a same-day move?

Your pickup and drop-off addresses, an approximate room count, and any heavy or specialty items. Photos help us plan the right crew and truck.

Can you do a last-minute long-distance move?

Within Arizona, almost always. Out-of-state on 24-hour notice depends on the destination and DOT requirements (USDOT 3190108); call and we’ll tell you honestly what’s possible.

Will a rushed move still be handled carefully?

Yes — last-minute moves get the same pads, wrap, licensed crew, and step-by-step care as a fully scheduled move. Speed never means cutting corners.

Can you move me if another company canceled?

Yes — we take “my mover canceled” calls in Mesa almost every week and can usually step in the same day. Tell us what they were scheduled to do and we’ll match it.

How quickly can you reach my Mesa home?

During business hours we can often have a crew at a Mesa address within 2–4 hours of confirmation; the most remote addresses need a slightly longer window.

Can you pack for me on short notice in Mesa?

Yes — our crew can pack a 1–2 bedroom Mesa home in about 3–5 hours with materials on the truck, even on a same-day move.

Can I access my items while they’re in storage?

Yes — access is available by appointment at our Mesa facility.

Can you store items while I stage my Tempe home for sale?

Yes — staging storage is one of our most common uses; we remove the excess, store it, and bring it back after closing.

Are my belongings protected in storage?

Yes — items are pad-wrapped, inventoried, and stored in a monitored, climate-controlled facility, handled by our licensed crew (USDOT 3190108).

Do I have to haul my own items to storage?

No — our crew pad-wraps, loads, transports, and later redelivers everything, so there’s no truck rental or self-haul from Tempe.

How long can I store my belongings?

As long as you need — storage is month to month, from a few days to many months, with no long contract.
