This is the second time we’ve used Gilbert Moving & Storage, and just like our first move, they were absolutely fantastic. Hiring them is one of the best decisions we’ve made during both of our moves. Their pricing is very reasonable, and the service they provide is worth every penny. A huge, thank you to Joseph, Allen, and Waylon! They were incredibly friendly, professional, efficient, and treated every single one of our belongings with so much care. They went above and beyond by taking our TV off its wall mount and carefully packing it into its box, disassembling our bed and rebuilding it at our new house, and wrapping our large full length mirror so it made the trip safely without a scratch. Moving is usually one of the most stressful experiences, but this team made the entire process so easy. They worked hard from start to finish, were respectful of both homes, and handled everything as if it were their own. I genuinely can’t recommend Gilbert Moving & Storage enough. We’ve now trusted them with two moves, and they’ve exceeded our expectations both times. If you’re looking for movers who are friendly careful, efficient, and fairly priced look no further. They took great care while packing, asked clarification questions and we had nothing break because of their professionalism. You can tell the team likes working together, cracking jokes about who can pack kitchen spices faster! You can tell that as a family run business they treat you like family too and make sure you are completely happy, even rearranging rugs and furniture once we saw the initial placement wasn’t quite right!

What do you need from me to confirm a same-day move?

Your pickup and drop-off addresses, an approximate room count, and any heavy or specialty items. Photos help us plan the right crew and truck.

Can you do a last-minute long-distance move?

Within Arizona, almost always. Out-of-state on 24-hour notice depends on the destination and DOT requirements (USDOT 3190108); call and we’ll tell you honestly what’s possible.

Will a rushed move still be handled carefully?

Yes — last-minute moves get the same pads, wrap, licensed crew, and step-by-step care as a fully scheduled move. Speed never means cutting corners.

Can you move me if another company canceled?

Yes — we take “my mover canceled” calls in Mesa almost every week and can usually step in the same day. Tell us what they were scheduled to do and we’ll match it.

How quickly can you reach my Mesa home?

During business hours we can often have a crew at a Mesa address within 2–4 hours of confirmation; the most remote addresses need a slightly longer window.
