Jaime was communicative, went through the process with me when they got there and they got to work. “Make every trip count” was the motto of the day as they moved our furniture and items from upstairs to our new home. Luis and his team (Ivan, David & Robert) were amazing during our in town move. They took the time to assess where we were at with our packing when they arrived and quickly divided up the work and helped us get out of our old house as quick as humanly possible. They took care to make sure all of the furniture was wrapped up securely to prevent any damage happening to it during the move. Beyond the long day they worked, the entire crew were personable and exuded a positive "can-do" attitude and made me and my family feel comfortable and safe. They understood their nervousness yet did not agitate them. Nothing was damaged, and when we realized we were woefully unprepared for this move, Saundra was able to bring in a 3rd guy to help on short notice but not at Emergency rate. From getting the estimate to booking the move to hauling my 1-bedroom's worth of items into my new apartment, they were professional, quick, friendly, organized, and I am beyond grateful for all the work they saved me. They were prompt, fast, pleasant to work with and did fantastic work. No damage to anything, and were great at packing/protecting. I had some very heavy storage racks I assembled in our storage unit and I assumed I would need to disassemble and reassemble them but these guys moved three of them intact -- it was a great work and time saver for me and very much appreciated. If you need movers that are going to work hard and move your items safely this is the company to go with!Verified Eric, Paul and Charles were PHENOMENAL from the beginning of the move to the end! They were on time, extremely polite and very professional. Likewise, they worked diligently the entire time, and were very attentive to our requests. Not only did these gentlemen placed place padding over our furniture but they also put up door jamb covers, floor runners, and door protectors. I was beyond impressed!! Most importantly they moved everything into our new 3 bedroom home without a single issue, and I mean NOTHING was damaged, not even nicked! In fact, Paul was so kind to use a tool they had to actually fix our son's bed!! I truly could go on and on, but it's safe to say that I will ONLY use Gilbert Moving & Storage for any future moves!!!Verified Patience beyond typical approach when time is a factor. Excellent knowledge of handling furniture carefully. A three way short travel situation was helpful perhaps but this 3 man crew even came back to put one item in the middle destination. I would recommend their pricing, staff and professionalism from the office to the truck!!Verified Professional in every way. Customer service is important and this company nailed it. The phone call, the in person quote appointment, the estimate, and especially the crew. The "J crew" lead by Jaime, followed with Javier, Jesus and John. 8 hours and incredible care. We will be using them again no question.Verified So, the move was underestimated on materials and time. Usually that is a bad thing. And it was. But..... Gilbert Moving stepped up. They realized the issue and did everything they could to address.... Even more than I expected. The team was awesome. They worked their butts off and kept me informed of everything along the way. They saw I was a tad frustrated and got things addressed with the office without me having to ask. They packed one day, then moved the following. When they were unloading at our destination they knew they were behind schedule....and another truck dropped off another helper. All in all, they made what could have been very stressful, and more frustrating, less than it could have been. I hope I never have to use them again.... Because I never want to move again. But if I do... I am calling Gilbert Moving,
