To start the free estimation: where we got a very knowledgable and friendly representative come to the house and chat through the process and expectations. He answered all of my questions and told us all of the amazing services they can offer, but also that we didn't have to use any we didn't want. Tips to save time and money and understanding for how stressful and expensive it is to move. We got a totally fair estimate and chose to go with them. The company stays in contact with you so you know you're fully scheduled, no worries about being forgotten. Then on moving day we had a lead that was so kind and friendly and a group of movers with a lot of get up and go, and so polite. They worked so hard in such high heat to pack up quickly and carefully. They made sure our furniture was in the right position for us before they left it, and made sure to unwrap everything they had wrapped. I would recommend to anyone!

Both men that came to unload were personable and friendly and just kept working full steam during the whole time.  We were vere pleased, and the process to hire them went really smooth. This is the second time we’ve used Gilbert Moving & Storage, and just like our first move, they were absolutely fantastic. Hiring them is one of the best decisions we’ve made during both of our moves. Their pricing is very reasonable, and the service they provide is worth every penny. A huge, thank you to Joseph, Allen, and Waylon! They were incredibly friendly, professional, efficient, and treated every single one of our belongings with so much care. They went above and beyond by taking our TV off its wall mount and carefully packing it into its box, disassembling our bed and rebuilding it at our new house, and wrapping our large full length mirror so it made the trip safely without a scratch. Moving is usually one of the most stressful experiences, but this team made the entire process so easy. They worked hard from start to finish, were respectful of both homes, and handled everything as if it were their own. I genuinely can’t recommend Gilbert Moving & Storage enough. We’ve now trusted them with two moves, and they’ve exceeded our expectations both times. If you’re looking for movers who are friendly careful, efficient, and fairly priced look no further.
