Do you require an in-home or virtual estimate?

For accurate pricing, we recommend either an in-home or a virtual estimate, especially for larger moves or when you have specialty items like safes or pianos.

Can you provide a binding or not-to-exceed estimate?

Yes. After a thorough walkthrough, we can provide binding and not-to-exceed estimates so you know your moving costs upfront.

How do you determine the cost of my move?

We calculate costs based on the size of your move, the distance between locations, the number of movers required, and any additional services like packing or storage.

Are there hidden fees?

No. All charges such as travel time, fuel, or specialty item handling are explained clearly in your estimate before the move begins.

Our Journey: The Story Behind Gilbert Moving & Storage

Gilbert Moving & Storage started in 2016 with a truck and a small trailer, we have grown to having the authority for both local and out of state moving license and climate control storage. Additionally, we have upgraded large Box Trucks with lift gates to help make the moving process faster and quicker.

Our office/warehouse is located on the Gilbert, Mesa city border located just minutes from the Phoenix, AZ area. We understand moving can be stressful and never fun. We continue to focus on creating a stress free move and having fun while moving your household goods. We continue training our movers and improving our customer service at all levels from the movers to upper management to provide a great experience for all of our customers. Community Service Efforts

At Gilbert Moving & Storage we are involved with helping the community and providing assistance to those in need. From our efforts with Jacob’s Mission Center, to the AZMA and the Springdale Assisted Living Center we help those in need within the Phoenix, AZ metro area. To start the free estimation: where we got a very knowledgable and friendly representative come to the house and chat through the process and expectations. He answered all of my questions and told us all of the amazing services they can offer, but also that we didn't have to use any we didn't want. Tips to save time and money and understanding for how stressful and expensive it is to move. We got a totally fair estimate and chose to go with them. The company stays in contact with you so you know you're fully scheduled, no worries about being forgotten. Then on moving day we had a lead that was so kind and friendly and a group of movers with a lot of get up and go, and so polite. They worked so hard in such high heat to pack up quickly and carefully. We used Gilbert Moving & Storage to help us unload a uhaul truck into a storage facility in Gilbert area during a move form California.  They did a GREAT job.  Both men that came to unload were personable and friendly and just kept working full steam during the whole time.  We were vere pleased, and the process to hire them went really smooth. This is the second time we’ve used Gilbert Moving & Storage, and just like our first move, they were absolutely fantastic. Hiring them is one of the best decisions we’ve made during both of our moves. Their pricing is very reasonable, and the service they provide is worth every penny. A huge, thank you to Joseph, Allen, and Waylon! They were incredibly friendly, professional, efficient, and treated every single one of our belongings with so much care. They went above and beyond by taking our TV off its wall mount and carefully packing it into its box, disassembling our bed and rebuilding it at our new house, and wrapping our large full length mirror so it made the trip safely without a scratch. Moving is usually one of the most stressful experiences, but this team made the entire process so easy. They worked hard from start to finish, were respectful of both homes, and handled everything as if it were their own. I genuinely can’t recommend Gilbert Moving & Storage enough. We’ve now trusted them with two moves, and they’ve exceeded our expectations both times. If you’re looking for movers who are friendly careful, efficient, and fairly priced look no further.
