My father passed a way a few months ago, and he was a bit of a horder. Jacob helped me clean out his gargage. We had a to move items to three destinations and it was well worth the price for the great service. Later this month we will be using the company for another move to storage. I highly reommend Jacob. From day one when we called Jacob to set up the move to the follow up afterwards has been outstanding. We were given a very fair, upfront price from the manager, Saundra, after she came out personally to do an assessment of our belongings for a move that was over 3 hours away. No hidden costs and no surprise charges after the fact. The 3 movers, Joseph, Jaime, and Thomas were on time, efficient, and extremely careful during the packing and unpacking. I'm not sure they even stopped for lunch on the way. We were even given some extra boxes they had on hand when our pile got depleted. Highly recommend. I had some very heavy storage racks I assembled in our storage unit and I assumed I would need to disassemble and reassemble them but these guys moved three of them intact -- it was a great work and time saver for me and very much appreciated. If you need movers that are going to work hard and move your items safely this is the company to go with!Verified Eric, Paul and Charles were PHENOMENAL from the beginning of the move to the end! They were on time, extremely polite and very professional. Likewise, they worked diligently the entire time, and were very attentive to our requests. Not only did these gentlemen placed place padding over our furniture but they also put up door jamb covers, floor runners, and door protectors. I was beyond impressed!! Most importantly they moved everything into our new 3 bedroom home without a single issue, and I mean NOTHING was damaged, not even nicked! In fact, Paul was so kind to use a tool they had to actually fix our son's bed!! I truly could go on and on, but it's safe to say that I will ONLY use Gilbert Moving & Storage for any future moves!!!Verified GMS was absolutely fantastic through our entire move process. The bid process was easy and the price quoted by GMS was better than the rest. THat and the many positive reviews already in place made the decision an easy one. Jacob, our liaison through the process, was very informative, friendly, and was very willing to assist when issues arose; we were forced to do a last-minute reschedule but he and the staff at GMS worked with me to make it happen. He also checked in through the entire move which was very positive. The "J-Crew" of Jamie James, and John that performed the packing/moving were outstanding. They worked incredibly hard yet retained a very pleasant demeanor throughout, making this stressful experience much better. We had no damage or lost item issues whatsoever. They were above and beyond professional. I can't say enough positive things about Gilbert Moving and Storage. I'm sure you'll have the same opinion should you choose to let them handle your moving experience.Verified Professional in every way. Customer service is important and this company nailed it. The phone call, the in person quote appointment, the estimate, and especially the crew. The "J crew" lead by Jaime, followed with Javier, Jesus and John. 8 hours and incredible care.
