This was the third time that I used Gilbert Moving and Storage so obviously I like their service. But let me tell you why. Of course, the price was very competitive and reasonable. They called the day before to confirm all the details and arrived exactly when the said they would. They were polite and helpful. And they took care to make sure nothing was damaged. They protected both my house and my belongings. If you are looking to move, I would certainly give them a call. Caring, considerate, hard workers (and it was HOT☀️) They never complained.. just kept doing the job with a smile til the end! Jacob in customer service was great to .. very attentive! 2nd time using these guys and would use them again..however..not moving any time soon! 😂😂😂
EXCELLENTVerified Jamie and his team were amazing. They spent all day moving us from one house to another, including a stop at a storage unit. Nothing was damaged and they were reasonably priced. On top of that, they did it in on a rainy day and covered our carpet in the new house to ensure it did not get dirty. We couldn't be happier with the outcome! I had some very heavy storage racks I assembled in our storage unit and I assumed I would need to disassemble and reassemble them but these guys moved three of them intact -- it was a great work and time saver for me and very much appreciated. They were on time, extremely polite and very professional. Likewise, they worked diligently the entire time, and were very attentive to our requests. Not only did these gentlemen placed place padding over our furniture but they also put up door jamb covers, floor runners, and door protectors. I was beyond impressed!! Most importantly they moved everything into our new 3 bedroom home without a single issue, and I mean NOTHING was damaged, not even nicked! In fact, Paul was so kind to use a tool they had to actually fix our son's bed!! I truly could go on and on, but it's safe to say that I will ONLY use Gilbert Moving & Storage for any future moves!!!Posted onVerified GMS was absolutely fantastic through our entire move process. The bid process was easy and the price quoted by GMS was better than the rest. THat and the many positive reviews already in place made the decision an easy one. Jacob, our liaison through the process, was very informative, friendly, and was very willing to assist when issues arose; we were forced to do a last-minute reschedule but he and the staff at GMS worked with me to make it happen. He also checked in through the entire move which was very positive. The "J-Crew" of Jamie James, and John that performed the packing/moving were outstanding. They worked incredibly hard yet retained a very pleasant demeanor throughout, making this stressful experience much better. We had no damage or lost item issues whatsoever. They were above and beyond professional. I can't say enough positive things about Gilbert Moving and Storage. I'm sure you'll have the same opinion should you choose to let them handle your moving experience.
